Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Blake Danowski.
Blake served in the Marine Corps from 2006 to 2011.
His primary MOS was 5831 Corrections. He served one and a half years in Quantico, Virginia with Security Battalion aboard the Quantico Base Brig.
Blake was then selected for the opportunity to be an 8151 Marine Security Guard. During his three years on the MSG program, he was posted in Jerusalem, Isreal; Lima, Peru; and Istanbul, Turkey.
He is now currently serving as a police officer for Penn Township Police Department in Pennsylvania.
