Every day we share stories, news, and photos of amazing Veterans and what they’ve done for our country. In doing so, we strive to honor these men and women is by showcasing what they are doing, highlighting how VA is impacting lives, and sharing news from the Veteran community on Twitter.

These seven tweets from the @deptvetaffairs Twitter account reached the largest audience in 2016.

I live in florida and I go to Daytona VA. They don’t have the resources to do colonasipies so they want to sent me to Orlando which means I have to travel 57 mile. Whappen to the rulling I heard about not having to travel no more that 40 miles.I a veteran has to the treatments can be done locally. I have been getting so much flak from Orlando about this rulling. I have been in the past 6 proseures to have cancer polups in me. But i haven’t had this proceadure for 5 years. So they are forcing me to travel the 57 miles to get it done. I am not very happy with VA at this point.
