Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Navy Veteran Honorio V. Ocampo. Honorio served in the Vietnam War.
With a career spanning more than twenty years, Honorio completed two tours in Vietnam. He served on more than ten ships, including the USS Butner, USS Alamo, and USS Kitty Hawk.
Retiring as a Steward Petty Officer 2nd Class in 1973, Honorio lives today in his hometown of Baguio City, Philippines with his loving wife, Perla. Proud of his service, he is a lifetime and active member of the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) Post 124.
Thank you for your service, Honorio!
