#VeteranOfTheDay Army Veteran Carl Churchill

Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Carl Churchill.

Carl joined the Army at 17-years-old and retired after 21 years as a Military Intelligence Officer. He held positions ranging from squad leader to Long Range Surveillance Company Commander.

He is a combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient who served with many units including Special Operations Command Europe, 1st Armored Division, 3rd Infantry Division, and 9th Infantry Division.  During his career he deployed numerous times to the Middle East, Central America, the Balkans, and Asia.

Carl and his wife, Lori, founded Alpha Coffee on September 11, 2010. They just opened their first coffee shop at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Utah. The company’s mission includes their Coffee for Troops program, which, to date, has shipped more than 11,000 bags of coffee to deployed troops.

Thank you for your service, Carl!
