Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center
Serving patients in Augusta, Georgia and surrounding areas, this facility provides tertiary care in medicine, surgery, neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation medicine and spinal cord injury, and includes a 71-bed Spinal Cord Injury Center.

VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS)
The VA ECHCS offers a full range of services—from diagnostics and primary care to surgery and rehabilitation (including spinal cord injury nursing)—to Veterans in eastern Colorado and western Kansas.

Hampton VA Medical Center
Featuring a state-of-the-art Spinal Cord Injury Unit, this medical center provides comprehensive primary and specialty care in medicine, surgery and psychiatry to patients in southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.

Memphis VA Medical Center
Here, we offer acute medical and surgical care, intermediate care, and a full range of primary, specialty and subspecialty care, including spinal cord injury nursing. The Spinal Cord Injury Center in this Memphis facility is one of the largest in the VA system.

Syracuse VA Medical Center
Providing a full range of patient care services, this medical center has a six-floor, 30-bed Regional Spinal Cord Disorder Center (SCI/D) that houses a therapeutic pool, expanded outpatient surgical services, a dialysis and infusion program, and seven operating rooms.

Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center
In addition to its 40 inpatient beds, the SCI Care Line at this Houston facility includes an outpatient clinic, home care program, urodynamics lab, occupational therapy lab, physical therapy and kinesiotherapy clinic, therapeutic pool, as well as a transitional living apartment for training.
