Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Army Veteran Jason Ward. Jason served from 1998 to 2014.

Jason served as a Chief Warrant Officer All Source Intelligence Technician and participated in numerous operations, including both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Defense Meritorious Service Medal. As part of the DOD’s POW/MIA accountability mission, Jason led Investigation teams across SE Asia and Oceania in search of unaccounted for Americans from WWII and the Vietnam War.

Jason retired in 2014 and is currently living in Michigan. Jason continues to be involved in efforts to investigate unaccounted for Americans and advancing his education.
