On Oct. 16, at 2 p.m., ET, VBA’s Under Secretary for Benefits, Paul R. Lawrence, Ph.D., will host a webcast about the state of the Veterans Benefits Administration.

VA invites the public to participate in this important event, which will be of interest to Veterans, dependents, service members, Veterans service organizations, VA employees, and all those who have an interest in Veterans’ benefits.

During the event, Lawrence will share his thoughts and the latest information on the general health of VBA, including the current state of the organization, its metrics and data, accomplishments, challenges and collaborations. He will also speak about upcoming initiatives and what to expect in the next fiscal year.

In short, we want you to know how we’re doing, and to also share with you where the under secretary is taking VBA. Along the way, we hope you’ll get to know him and his three priorities, while also bringing you unprecedented access to the under secretary – and an understanding of what VBA does every day to serve Veterans.

Registration for the live broadcast is located at this address: https://www.webcaster4.com/Webcast/Page/89/27729.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage with VBA leadership.

I tried to sign in to be a part of this webcast 5 minutes before it started. It kept saying there was no video to see. I tried in both google and internet explorer browsers with no luck. At 2:20pm it said that it was being archived. I would very much like to hear what is happening in the veteran affairs world so I can report what good we are doing in the future for veterans such as the Disability raise that was just released this week.
