I have also the same question.
How do I activate my VA education benefits for a doctoral/Ph.D. program at Curtin University, Perth, Australia?

I cannot activate my VA educational benefits. It is hard for a honest USN veteran to get help when he/she is barred from their proper affiliation with the VA. Isn’t that part of why we swore in. I am 57 now and graduated college. I am always carrying shame.
