The group's focus is on helping disabled Veterans and Veterans who are coping with PTSD.
Project Healing Waters provides classes on fly fishing, casting, tying and rod building to any disabled Veteran who wants to participate and is unique in that its volunteers are teaching classes on an on-going, long-term basis.
